I have been to many Hillstone Restaurants but Honor Bar and Palm Beach Grill are by far the best. Palm Beach Grill has been there for years and Honor Bar which is a casual all-day restaurant next to it opened in recent years. I am in love with their Macho Salad and their Ahi Tuna Tartare. Simple but delicious elegance and freshness. I also checked out Sant Abroeus, Bricktop’s and The River House. These are bistro-type restaurants that are also popular among locals as well as visitors.
